Shipping & Returns

As of May 2020, WynnPharm Inc will be exclusively handling the distribution and fulfillment for DrNatura. We have made updates to the back end of the website to ensure faster and easier delivery of orders. Unfortunately, during this transition, customers will not have direct access to previous order information from orders placed before 5/26/2020. For those order inquiries, please contact us directly. Going forward, for orders placed after the 26th, you will be able to view all new history. Also, you will be asked to create a new account as previous accounts were not imported to the new system. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause.

Shipping Policy:
To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by WynnPharm (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. All international orders, including Canada, please allow 10-20 business days. Canada orders have a flat shipping fee of $19.95. All other international locations must pay real time rates. Expedited orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time on regular business days will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 2pm on regular business days will ship on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur. 

Cancel or Change My Order:
If you discover an error in your order and would like to make a change (like an address update), or if you would like to cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-877-0414. We are available Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Missing or Defective Products:
In the event that the products are missing, defective or not in accordance with your order, customer’s must notify DrNatura within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt via email to customerservice@wynnpharm.com or call us at 1-800-877-0414 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.

Return My Order:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. DrNatura honors a generous 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all products – no questions asked! Please allow 10 to 15 days for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. Returns must be made to the place of purchase (i.e. DrNatura.com, Amazon.com, etc.).


For a full refund on your products (not including shipping), please complete the following within 60 days:

1. Contact the place of purchase (i.e. DrNatura.com, Amazon.com, etc.) to get a Return Authorization Number.

2. Mail all containers (opened or unopened) to:

3. Include a copy of your order invoice. If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please include name, phone number, email and any additional information about your order.
