“I am a healthy 24-year old young woman, and have made very mindful and healthy eating choices for the last couple of years. “I know that fiber is crucial for a healthy colon”

“I am not going to sugar coat what this program has done for me so far...it has probably saved my life! I have a history of Colon Cancer and Rectal Cancer in my family, so have always been pro-active in watching what I eat and how I take care of myself. I know that fiber (whole-grains, fruits and leafy green vegetables) is crucial for a healthy colon, but after being on a famous "no-carb" diet for months, without healthy natural fiber, I am afraid that I may have done some serious damage to my colon/digestive system.

Why? I had been having irregular bowel movements for over a month, that ranged from explosive diarrhea, to tiny pellets. One days bowel movement was different than the next. My doctor gave me an at-home stool test for parasites (since I had just come back from Mexico), but the test results came back negative.
