My experience has been right on target with everyone's so far. Easy movements…far more than the once a week (if I was lucky) hard feces. I was mixing the fiber with Gatorade until I ran out so I just mixed it with water. Honestly, I didn't think it tasted that bad. I wouldn't serve it to guests, though. I don't know what is undigested food though I think I recognized some garlic I'd cut up. The rest...such as the tiny red objects that a customer mentioned...the ones with scales and a head...I saw those. Maybe eggs as well...so I've been searching eBay for a microscope. I had always been one of those ‘goes 2-3 times a week at most’ kinds of people, and my abdomen bloats like crazy after I eat a meal. The first week, I was having up to 5 bowel movements a day, and only a few resembled diarrhea. After that week, I've averaged out to 2-3 pleasant bowel movements a day, and most of them look exactly the same, but some are more in quantity than others. The point when I believe I'm passing ‘old’ material is when I see this really dark colored matter kind of twisted into the normal stuff (which is like the color of caramel). I'm pretty weak stomached, so I've only dug around once in this dark matter. The consistency was stretchy/rubbery (a bit like almost dry silicone sealant or window caulking), and this material was intertwined with the ‘normal’ stuff, which broke apart easily, as one would expect. I've experimented with two things so far, my water intake and the amount of time I steep my tea at night. What I found was that drinking AT LEAST 8 glasses of water (or two 1-liter bottles that we all carry around) is absolutely necessary for bowel movements to occur. When I lowered my water intake on 2 different days, I barely had a bowel movement the next day (and by barely I mean like the good old days of a few pebbles). I also found that I am one of those 7 minute tea steepers. It also doesn't ‘hit me’ as soon as I get up either. I've found that much like my normal bodily habits, I have to put something in my stomach in the morning to get my system going (which has always been normal for me), and then I can definitely feel that urge to go, from the tea. So, although I've not seen creatures or worms, and up to now my stomach is not a ton flatter, I do still believe this product is working for me. I have been on the program for almost three weeks. My bloating is gone, I have a bm two to three times daily and so far no discomfort from my hernia. In December 2005 I ordered a 2 month supply and I am now sorry I didn't order a 3 month supply because I want to make darn sure this stuff is gone after what I have seen! Day 1-27 I had one good bowel movement a day and sometimes two. This was great because previously it was about 1 a week only after using a suppository. I truly thought my bowels and colon had stopped functioning and it scared me. Day 27 – Day 31 I had the ‘petrified poop,’ as we call it, coming out. With that about 6 tapeworm heads (scolex) and for the next 20 days the bodies of the tapeworms (the proglottids which looks like cooked rice). No doubt this was causing my constipation! Here's my story. About 3 years ago I had and emergency gall bladder surgery to remove this organ, that doctors insisted, I could live without. Well, I'm sorry they were wrong. Yes, I agree that I didn't die as a result of losing the gall bladder, not right away anyway, but I felt that I slowly was dying. I believe my health problems are a direct result of losing this organ. Up until that point I was very regular and very active as well.
